Our journey began in 2007 when we opened our doors for the first time to families in the Rydalmere community. In 2014 we had the opportunity to grow the Scribbles and Giggles family to the Lidcombe community and opened our 2nd centre.
The team at Scribbles and Giggles aim to provide a secure and happy environment where children can develop their intellectual, social, emotional, physical skills to become competent and confident individuals. So our parents/guardians, feel safe in the knowledge that their child is receiving the best possible care.
We encourage children to be navigators and active participants in their learning journeys and advocate their rights to contribute to decisions that affect them. This advocacy leads to children displaying autonomy and enabling them to build a strong sense of self.
We aim to provide a support network to families utilising our centre and provide them with knowledge, advice and professional support should this be required.
Our Mission is we believe that all children experience learning that is engaging and builds success for life. Contact us for more information.

Toilet Training
Just as your baby starts to get older, and you fall into a comfortable routine, it comes time to toilet train. And all of a sudden you find yourself in a spot where you just don't know what to do! Here are some helpful hints to get your prince or princess on the throne.
Pick the right time
Most children aren't ready to use the toilet until they are two or three years' old.
Start preparing your child
It's a good idea to prepare at least a week
Give it a go
It's a good idea to wait until you've got a quiet week at home before starting. Begin first thing in the morning by putting your child in their special underpants, and some old, loose-fitting clothes.
The first few weeks
Toilet training doesn't happen overnight; it might take your child just a few days to get the hang of it, or possibly a few weeks.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes children need a little extra help.
If you find yourself getting angry, or you feel as though your child is not responding, simply stop. Have a break and try again in a few weeks
