We are confident your child will be prepared for their next chapter into Kindergarten with our strong educational school readiness program which has been developed with a qualified Early Childhood Teacher. We provide a play based and intentional teaching program to foster all areas of development including: confidence, social skills, fine motor, self-regulation and language as well as name writing, alphabet, numbers, shapes, colours.
Communication between families and educators is very important at TLC. With our Kinderm8 APP you won’t miss out on anything. All notifications, events, Day book stories, individual observations and eat/sleep charts are accessible directly to your smart phone. You can even send messages to room staff and receive individual photos from staff.
Our large outdoor environment allows lots of physical development and play opportunities. Children can make mud pies in the messy mud kitchen, dig deep in the sandpit for treasure, run climb or chill out with a book. Their imagination can take them anywhere. At TLC we support the NSW Health by implementing the Munch & Move Program. We support Fundamental Movement Skills daily, limit screen time and promote an active lifestyle.
We provide all meals at TLC. Our children are always asking for seconds at meal times and there is always plenty of it. We have a 4 week rotating Summer & Winter Menu which supports 50% of their RDI. Lunch is usually a hot meal with fruit as dessert and morning tea and afternoon tea consists of vegie platters, assorted dip, crackers, vegie muffins, scones and cheese toasties just to name a few.
